What is a Macro?

This software is not compatible with Windows 7. Will not run and displays error message..Very Bad.

I have been using this tool for some time. It is great, but the documentation is unbeleivably poor. Could I get a copy of your tips? I might be able to provide some of my own too.
Do you have any idea of how to get MM to import macros at installation or afterward automatically?
