Various Methods For Solving the Problem Are:

Method 1: Disable Windows Explorer Navigation Pane

To disable the navigation pane, follow these steps:

1. Open My Computer
2. go to Organize>>Layout, and then Navigation Pane to disable/enable navigation pane.

Method 2: If you are mapped to a network drive on your machine unmap it by disconnecting the map drive.

Method 3: Disable automatic adjustment of  TCP window size on the network in vista.

1. Go to Start

2. Type cmd in the search box or in the run adn press control+shift+enter.

3. now type netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled at the command prompt and press ENTER.
