So when ever you run the installation of nero it jams and comes up with an error.

I was encountering the same problem when i tried to reinstall nero in order to repair the COM SURROGATE ERROR so you have to simply follow the step by step procedure listed below to fix the uninstallation problem of nero in vista.

1. Firstly Download and Use the Nero Removal Tool.

2. Now Delete all the files of nero in the %Program Files%/nero.
