Any Picture Scramble lets you create and play scramble puzzles with any image you want to, you can create a photo scramble of your loved ones or your favourite scenery.
It could be great fun by scrambling the pictures of your loved ones or you can scramble any family photo and try to unscramble it to solve the puzzle.
Merge two pictures could be real fun and produce a great effect while viewing, the over all transparent and overlay effect make both the images visible to some extent and both the image got merged together in a beautiful way.
But, why would any one want to merge two images? it could be for fun and also for merging two different type of maps together.
There are two free program which can merge images together, first one is called S_Merge which is very easy to use program unless you follow the clear instructions provided by the program interface itself.
It also lets you preview the final merged image and you can also save a cropped portion of the final merged image you obtain.
The second software which lets you merge images together is STG Picture Merge which is again more easy to use as compared to S_Merge.
You just need to load the first and second image one by one to obtain the final merged images, moreover you can preview the image before saving and can also control the transparency effect.
Chameleon is a FREE program which allows you make selected opened windows transparent.
It allows you to customize and add the chosen opened windows which you want to make transparent with Chameleon. You can also hide the group of programs which you can select to hide automatically on pressing ctrl+win key.
It allows you to select programs windows under the hide group which you want to make transparent and hide from other. You can control over the level of transparency which you apply on the programs under Hide Group.
I have been using snagit for more than 2 years now, but never figured out previously that I can actually add custom text or created watermark automatically to all the images captured with snagit. 🙂
Snagit offers a great feature called custom profiles with which you can specify a fixed custom caption text, watermark, image border, color correction, image scaling and various other effects to be applied on the snapshots automatically which you capture with snagit.
Adding custom text or watermark is also required these days as there are lot of spammers who will copy your images from your post and use them without any credit link for the same, even in some cases they will copy entire post from your blog feed with image without any link back.
Let’s discuss how can you add custom text to images captured by snagit automatically
It happens with all of us when we get bored by the same wallpaper and want to change but due to time required to choose the next cool wallpaper and the effort required you may be not change it.
There are some free utilities which lets you change the wallpaper automatically by selecting any wallpaper form the folder randomly you specify. But still a utility which changes the wallpaper automatically which after a specific time interval which you may not want to.

I would like to change the wallpaper any time I want it to rather than specifying a time interval for changing it.
Wallpaper Rotator solves this purpose by creating a shortcut in the desktop to change the wallpaper, so whenever you double click the shortcut, it will change the wallpaper and set a new wallpaper from the folder you specify.
You can configure wallpaper rotator to specify the default layout to of the wallpaper to be set, pick order for selecting a wallpaper to be set on desktop.
After installation it will create a desktop shortcut to change the desktop wallpaper, if it does not create it. Then you can create a shortcut by pasting the following path in the target box of the shortcut.
"C:\Program Files\100dof_wallpaper_rotator\bin\wallpaper_rotator.exe" /rotate
To launch Wallpaper Rotate To Configure, create a another new shortcut by pasting the path below
"C:\Program Files\100dof_wallpaper_rotator\bin\wallpaper_rotator.exe"
There are large number of programs which get started and running every time you start windows, but many of these programs are not actually useful, on the other hand these irrelevant programs uses some critical amount of memory and CPU usage which in turn makes other useful application respond slowly.
So, Every time you start windows you need to terminate these useless programs through task manager which is quite pain full as you need to locate each program one by one to kill the specific process. This was happening with me from a long time until I thought of a simple hack to end all these useless process in single mouse click.
Firstly let me tell you what were all those process which were useless to me.
1. mobsync.exe – It is a process for Internet Explorer which provide synchronization the offline pages with the matching online pages.
2. ctfmon.exe – It keeps running in the background and monitors the active windows and provides text input service support for speech recognition, handwriting recognition, keyboard, translation etc.
3.wmpnscfg.exe – It is used to alert users when a new media device is found on the network. This program is associated with windows media player and it gets started automatically on windows startup.
and some other programs like yahoo messenger tray icon etc.
Lets see how I automated the killing of these programs on windows startup.
It happens many times when windows explorer goes un-responding due to many reasons, in that case in order to recover the hanged state easily you can terminate and restart windows explorer through task manager.
But restarting windows explorer will take some time, another way to restart windows explorer easily as faster is by creating a desktop shortcut to restart window explorer, but you may not be able to click this shortcut in case of severe hang situation of windows explorer, at that point of time restarting windows explorer through task manager will work.
