Windows 7 Desktop Image Background Switcher

Today I have got an application which is a wallpaper manager named WallMagician. The application is a free wallpaper manager for windows. The application has features like image filtering to maintain the image quality when we will stretched or resized images on your desktop. There are many filtering methods in the tool out of which any of the filtering method can be selected like Lanczos, Mitchell, Nearest and Spline. The application supports a number of styles in which you can arrange your wallpaper like Tile, Center, Fit to Screen, Auto Fit and Custom position with tiles around the image.

The application supports drag and drop functionality from the windows explorer into the application’s list box. Every wallpaper can be customized for a specific wallpaper style. The application can also be used to rename the images and delete the unwanted files. The application can also be used to change the desktop wallpapers, hide the desktop icons and change the color of the desktop. The application also has a thumbnail tab which will show you the thumbnails of all the wallpapers. The application will also give you the option to print the wallpapers that you want. You can also export the reports to PDF and HTML files. The application will change your wallpaper whenever your windows will startup and you can also specify the time intervals at which the wallpapers may change.

The application can also play sounds when the wallpapers are changed. The image formats that are supported in this wallpaper are Wavefront images(*.rla, *.rpf), Autodesk images (*.cel, *.pic), Dr. Halo images (*.cut), ZSoft Paintbrush images (*.pcc, *.pcx, *.scr), Windows bitmaps (*.bmp, *.dib, *.rle), JPG images (*.jfif, *.jpe, *.jpeg, *.jpg), Encapsulated Postscript images (*.eps), Paintshop Pro images (*.psp), CompuServe images (*.gif), Portable network graphic images (*.png), Photoshop images (*.pdd, *.psd), Kodak Photo-CD images (*.pcd), Portable map images (*.pbm, *.pgm, *.ppm), Tagged image file format images (*.fax, *.tif, *.tiff), Windows icons (*.ico), Windows metafiles (*.emf, *.wmf), Truevision images (*.icb, *.tga, *.vda, *.vst, *.win) and SGI images (*.bw, *.rgb, *.rgba, *.sgi).

This is the application menu which will open when you will right click on the applications icon in the system tray.

This is the first window which will open up when you will run the software for the first time after downloading and installing it. There is an icon bar which will has icons like New Wallpaper, Open Wallpaper, Save Wallpaper, Rename Wallpaper, Delete Wallpaper, Program options, Help, About WallMagician and  Exit.
