Run "msconfig" from run bar and you will see that its there with evey fresh install of MSXP. Doing the above steps removes it from the startup list. If you are also runnign Spybot SD, you can see the actions. I note this here for those users totally irritated at MS for not asking if we wanted this feature and have a tendency not to trust so blindly and believe all of what we are told!!
