Monman is a freeware which lets you have a separate taskbars on your multiple monitors in dual monitor setup, I have been working with dual monitor for a long time, from my experience as people say it really boost your productivity a lot.
This image above [ click the image above to enlarge ] shows the screen shot of the dual monitor setup of my home office, in which both the monitors a have a separate taskbar of their own depending on the application opened on these monitors
It is very simple single executable portable application, you just need to click the exe of the program named monman.exe and it will provide you separate taskbar with each monitor connected to your computer.
