Twitter Eye – Keeps An Eye On What Your Friends Are Tweeting

Are you new to twitter and don’t want a full desktop client like Tweetdeck or Seesmic ?
If yes, there is a small and new utility called Twitter Eye by PC Swiss Knife which will not take much of your desktop area and will not be heavy on your computer resources. This free tool is called Twitter Eye.
This small tool will sit in the system tray and keep looking for new tweets from your friend’s list only and will notify you when there is a new tweet.
It also show details of tweets when you double click on the tray icon to check the details:
It gives you option to save your account and password. It gives you options to change the frequency at which it check for the tweets update":
You can enable tooltip when new tweets arrive which will give you tray notifications when new tweets arrive.

Looking cool, I generally don’t use Tweetdect or seesmic, they are a big distract for me while writing articles, I use Chrome bird plugin. It is very useful for me, having lots of features. Twitter eye tool looks cool for tracking tweets of friends. Very useful for those people who are interested in daily Twitter talk with friends. I will definitely have a try. Thanks Rohit.
