You must have observed that in some of the cameras whenever you snap an image, you will see the date at one of the corner of the photograph. Similarly, some of the cameras store information which can be something more than a date, like the location at which the photograph was taken or any other information, which sometimes you might not want to share with your friends. Then the question arises that how you can delete this data form any of your image, the answer is simple and we will tell you about it in this post.

All the iPhones and Android phones which are equipped with a GPS system, tend to note the location where the image was taken, they might note down the exact address of that location. They also store the date on which the photograph was snapped and then some of the information related to the performance of your camera. All this information is stored in a type of format, known as EXIF Exchangeable Image Format, now if you do not want any of the information with anyone then it can be easily deleted by following the tutorial mentioned below.

  • Right click on the image and go to properties, you will see a window opened in front of you, similar to that mentioned in the video below.

  • If you want to delete all the EXIF data, then just click that link and then you will see another windows similar to the one mentioned below. If you want to create the back up of that file with all that personal information then there is no need to change the radio button option or else you can change it, and then click Ok.

Activate, Switch 2-step Verification On Google Account [How To]

‘2 step verification’ is a high level security recently implemented by Google on their Google account and let me tell you that this is really good for the users who have high concerns regarding their Google account. In this post I will be telling you that you can setup this security feature in your account, it is little bit long process and it may consume some time but I will recommend you that when you are setting up this feature then you should highly concentrate on all the formalities and the instructions being asked and mentioned by Google while setting up the feature.

Please follow the steps mentioned below and then you will be able to do the needful.

STEP 1

You will have to go to the Account settings for initiating the feature in the account, once you are logged into your Google Account, you can go to the Google Home page and then click the link mentioned below in the snapshot.

Now on the account settings page you will find an option for setting up the 2-step verification for your account. Click on the link highlighted in the snapshot shown below.

You will arrive to another page where you will be given the brief of the instruction and the information which are supposed to be submitted while proceeding through the procedure and then once you are ready for the formalities you can click that option highlighted in the snapshot below.

Now on the other page you will have to select the type of phone you are carrying, for this tutorial I used the ‘others’ option from the drop down menu and then clicked ‘next’.

Enter your phone number on the other page and then click the ‘Send Code’ on that page, you will receive a code within next one minute on your mobile phone. You can either select the SMS option or you can go for selecting the Auto generated Voice mail option (you can choose any of them as per your convenience, you can prefer to use Voice mails for your Land-line phones), you might not receiver the code on your phone, you can press that Send code option again for receiving that code. Once you receive the code you will have to enter the code and then click next to proceed to another page.

STEP 6

Now you will have to generate the back-up of that mobile phone support with the help of any other mobile or landline phone, it is not mandatory to get that number verified but if you want to then you can enlarge the list of option by clicking the ‘+’ symbol on that page.

Now, even if both the phones do not work; then you have got the backup verification codes which will help you to login to your account. Each of them can be used to access your account for one time so follow the instructions specified by the page for those verification codes.

Now after this page you will find certain number of recommendations and suggestions before proceeding further, snapshot of which has been mentioned below.

Now you will have to click that blue option to start this new feature and then all you accounts will logged out, no matter from which device you were logged into your account, you will have to sing in again to get the access to your account and then this time it will be done through the access code sent on your mobile phone.

You will also receive a mail telling you about the activation of that feature on your mail. That’s it; once you go through all these formalities your account will also be equipped with 2-step verification.

In spreadsheets, gridlines define the cells in the spreadsheet which are of high importance, so gridlines are useful in representing the cells separately and showing the data in a nice way. They are best for the user who is actually preparing it, as spreadsheets may include some relations among the cells which are very necessary and the charts presented in the spreadsheet may be linked to many of the cells on the spreadsheet. But when we want to print the same then we do not require them as they seem to be annoying to the person who is just viewing it as he or she has nothing to do with the importance of the cells in the spreadsheet.

  • The Play sound option as highlighted in the snapshot is disabled by default but if you want to enable it then you can check that box and then click ‘OK’ or you can uncheck the box if this has been changed by anyone from the system.
