Applications, folders, files and drives which you access most of the time in a day are preferred to be on the Desktop but if their number is large then these shortcuts might populate the desktop. So, it might be good if you could be able to access all these application internet links folder or any files from taskbar tray and here we are as always to tell you about a freeware which can help you to open as many number of all the types of files, folder, drives, internet links or applications directly from taskbar tray.
This tool will help you to open all the links for the stuff mentioned above under a single list created by a tool named as Shortcuts to taskbar. Now this is a portable tool, so you can work comfortably with this feature anywhere, just keep it in your storage device. As you launch this tool, you will see a new icon on the taskbar, just click with the left button of your mouse and it will show you a menu as mentioned in the snapshot above. You can add any link of any application and more but you will have to classify it under a certain category. Let us take an example, I want to add a link named Facebook and upon clicking that option I will be able to open that Facebook link in Mozilla browser.
For this you will have to go under the Internet links and then click the button named ‘add link’. Now a window will appear as mentioned in the snapshot above and there you will have to name the link and mention the address of the link. Now after doing so, again open the same category on that tool, and you will find your added option with the sub-option as mentioned in the snapshot below. Similarly you can add any other location of your system, any file, any folder or any application and thus it will very easier for you to reach at any corner of your system just add them in this tool.
