Stop Websites To Track Physical Geo Location In Google Chrome

Google Chrome 6 stable beta has been released, some new feature has been added and UI has been changed a bit. Geolocation feature has been added to google chrome which may track your physical location while you are browsing a website, but don’t worry as it will ask your permission before any website could track your physical location.

Still, if you are worried about your privacy then you can completely disable this feature in google chrome, follow the procedure below to do it.

1. Open Google Chrome, and go to google chrome options as shown in the image below.

2. Now on the options window, click tab Under the Hood and then click Content settings.. button as shown in the image below.

3. Under content settings, click Location and then check the option which says Do not allow any site to track my physical location and then click close button.
