well precisely this command will replace the old system files with new system files from the setup cd.

so some of the programs due to the change of the system files will not run so , will need a reinstall.

SO IF THAT SOUNDS STRANGE TO U IT UP TO U WHETHER U WANT TO APPLY THIS TRICK OR NOT.

BUT FOR SOME THIS COMMAND WILL DO THE MAGIC FOR THEM.</description>
