User Account Control can be easily tweaked and much flexible in windows 7 as compared to vista, UAC in windows provides more clear levels which will tell you exactly what options you are setting on different moderate levels of windows 7
Open Start Menu search and type UAC and click Change User Account Control Settings
Set the UAC level to third moderate level from the top [ as shown in the image below ]
