Set, Change Folder Image Background, Color and Text In Windows 7

Windows allows you to set an image as a background for a folder you are browsing with windows explorer, there are ways with which you can change windows folder background in windows xp but you can’t do the same in windows 7 and Vista

Windows 7 Folder Background Changer is a freeware developed by Kishan Bagaria, it allows you to change any folder’s background image & text color in Windows 7 and Vista.

In order to set an image under any folder select the folder and the background image. You can also change the text color in the folder name, show shadow under text and even apply the same image and other settings to all the subfolders. An example screenshot shown below with folder with an image background set with this software.

It is a portable utility which directly runs from its executable, it does not require any installation. This program seems to work on all versions of windows 7 and vista, we have just tested it on windows 7 32 bit Ultimate Edition
