		<description>I used this on Vista and it was an essential tool for not only fixing Windows&#039; mishaps, but also for tossing things around my desktop for any reason and being able to reset them.

Unfortunately, this does not work in Windows 7. or those who need something like this, you might want to checkout Fences by Stardock. There&#039;s a Freeware version I had been using on Vista as well and it saves the icon layout as well as letting you make boxes where some icons are confined to. Pretty nifty.</description>
