TwitAction is a free java based program which lets you trigger a run applications and programs on your computer by listening to your twitter updates, this small program will keep running in the system tray and will keep watching specific keywords to and perform the actions as configured in its interface.

You can simple which program to run as per the keyword it watches, and the time interval after which it should look for that keyword in your tweets. This application is similar to tweetmypc application released before.
