Recently I recorded a video with my phone, but I forgot to hold it the right way and video gets recorded with camera upside down I realized when I transferred the recorded the video to my computer where I was playing the video player with video upside down. Run the video in VLC player and then go to tools >> effects and filters
under video effects you will see the option transform which helps you rotate a video as shown in the image below.
Another way to rotate the videos can be done with the help of Windows Live Movie Maker as shown in illustrated in the steps below with images, but firstly you will need to download windows live movie maker from here
Once you have opened the video in windows movie maker, you will see the option to rotate the video and then save the video as new movie file with changed or rotated orientation as shown in the image below.
