We have been using a large number of softwares. But why not to try something different??? It is really very impressive and when we can do something different from our colleagues. And here is an amazing tool something new for all. Now, you can work with the 2D barcodes. The tool I am going to review today is really very interesting. The tool is known as 2D Barcode Recogniser. As the name suggests, the tool has been designed to recognise, decode or encode the 2D barcodes.
2D Barcode Recogniser is a small freeware of 5.09 MB. The utility can be used to perform the functions in a very easy and convenient way. The user interface has been displayed in the snapshot below.
You just have to open the barcode and further you can easily recognise, decode or encode it. The initials of the three functions display in the interface can be used to perform the corresponding functions. The barcode can be of the form of DataMatrix, Aztec Code and many others. The graphics (or barcodes) must be in the format of jpeg and bmp.
There is a large library of barcodes. There are few options provided by the tool as shown in the snapshot below. There can be adaptive monochrome filtration. It is done with the help of the change in block size. By default, it is 200. For the small images you have to manually change it. Use increase is used to see the images more clearly. Another options are the changes in cells size and the language. There are various modules that can be switched on.
In decoding the barcode, the decoding is focused on the fact of its generation. Now, the things you must know before encoding. The code has to be chosen based on which you want to encode. The mode of code and the size will be automatically set. These were very simple and few things you must know before using the tool. Now, you can easily use the tool.
So, are you ready to use the tool? Or I may say you are ready to use the 2D barcodes the way you want. The barcodes you have can be decoded easily. Even if you have to encode them it is really very easy now. Though, there might be some codes that cannot be recognised by the tool.
The freeware has been tested on Windows 7 and it is compatible with all the other versions also.
