Open / Run or Launch A File After Downloading In FireFox [ FireFox Tip ]

Many times we want the stuff we are downloading from internet through firefox should play, run or open automatically without any further input from our side, but by default in firefox you will need to wait for the download to be completed, then you can double click the program entry in downloads under firefox.
