It allows users to view/edit Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote documents in their web browser. Important part to this part of the package is that many users can edit same document simultaneously real time and see who all are viewing/editing the document. If a user is shifting a document from desktop MS Office to online or vice-versa they will not face any problem with formatting.
Microsoft Exchange Online
It allows users to access email, contacts and calendar on almost any device from anywhere. Each user gets 25GB of mailbox storage and will allow 25MB size file attachments.
Using this user can manage a professional looking website along with access/share documents, contacts, calendars, and tasks in a single location. Users can securely manage/edit/share Access databases like consumer database, inventory etc. in the Enterprise version of Office 365.
