MiniTwitter is a free Twitter client for windows with requirement of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 preinstalled on your PC. This simple to use and faster twitter client is developed in C#. The only disadvantage of this program is that the configuration of this program is in Chinese language, I could not figure out how to change the language.

But except the configuration options, all the programs interface and notifications are in English, however adding your twitter account in this application is quite tricky, we will tell you how to do that. It has four tabs once you configure your twitter account with this program – these tabs will allow to track recent tweets in your public timeline, replies, archive and direct messages.

Here is how you configure your account with mini twitter

Click the settings symbol on mini twitter [ as highlighted in the image below in red square ]

Now enter your twitter account username and password and click Ok button

Once you entered the user credentials of your twitter account, you will start seeing updates on twitter.
