JAR 2 EXE converter is a free program designed to easily convert a JAR file (MIDP application, such as Nokia Mobile Games) to an EXE file in Win32 NHAL Emulator which comes with the software, you can run the midlets just like you exe files on windows.
It will run Midp2Exe compiler to convert JAR file which is a MIDP Application to EXE file. Then, it will copy the output file and the runtime library to the output directory.
This small application saves you from typing a long command in command prompt to compile your JAR file, then manually download the runtime library, unzip and copy to the output directory. As with this tool select the output directory and the JAR file that you want to convert, then click the Compile button.
