IP Changer – Change Your Computer IP Address Quickly

IP Changer is a small little utility which lets you change the IP address of your computer in between four different configurations you specify.
As shown in the snapshot above, you can specify four different configurations at your end and apply any of the configurations any time just with some simple mouse clicks.
With this small utility you can deface downloading servers which may block you to download more than one files simultaneously due to same IP address on your computer.
IP changer very small in size less than 1 Mb and portable also so that you can take it anywhere on your drive.
Tip: If you are on the DHCP setup or in short have a dynamic IP you can always change your IP just by typing the following command at the command prompt.
ipconfig /renew

Could you please explain more?
A friend of mine set a static ip address on my computer due that it found hard to connect to internet at startup and now it works well.
Can I still use this utility or I’ll delete the static ip address?
