How to view Power Point presentations when you don’t have power point installed

We have recently posted about how to view word documents when you don’t have Microsoft Power Point installed, this post is in continuation of the series of post we are preparing for how to handle various issues related to Microsoft office installed.

It happens sometimes when you don’t have office power point installed due to any reason and you need to present or view some power point presentation.

Microsoft has already released free viewer for PowerPoint 2007 which lets you full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions.



You can easily view and print presentations, but you cannot edit them with PowerPoint Viewer 2007.

Note: For all those users who have a problem in opening new formats of Microsoft Office 2007 can open these formats by installing the Microsoft Office Compatibility.
