I have formatted a PC without taking the certificate of the encryption..
Now when i try to access the encrypted file i cannot do so..
I have the pfx file of the PC which is created while the PC was in previous OS..
Now while installing the pfx it is asking for a password and It hangs there..
Please help me to sort out this..
