It happens to almost all of us, when we generally have more than one email account distributed to different people, but practically it is not possible to check every mail account. However forwarding all the mails to a single mail account which you check on a regular basis would be a great idea. In my case without any doubt from all the email account I have, Gmail is the best out of all of them so if possible I normally forward all the mails from other account to the centralised gmail account which I use.
Today I will tell you how you can forward all the mails from your hotmail based email account to any other email account.
1. Login to your hotmail account, go to mail options >> More options
2. Click the option which says Forward mail to another e-mail account
3. now Enter the email id where you want all mails to be forwarded

As shown in the image above, you will need to sign in at least once every 270 days so that your account doesn’t get deleted, this is used to fight junk or inactive accounts. I hope you like this small trick, please let us know if you have anything to share through comments.
Please note you wont be able to forward mail to gmail or yahoo mail account through this method, as this method allows you to forward mails to a custom domain or an e-mail address that ends in hotmail.com, msn.com, or live.com.

You’re only able to forward mail to a custom domain or an e-mail address that ends in hotmail.com, msn.com, or live.com….no other option…
