There is a very simple 5 steps easy and fast procedure to enable or disable dreamscene on windows vista.

How to:

1. Right click on the desktop.
2. Go to personalize and select Desktop Background.
3. In the Desktop Background window click the location drop down menu and select Dream Scene Content.
4. Now Select the movie you want to run as desktop background.
5. That’s it ! You are done reverse the procedure to disable dream scene.
