Now a days many of the users have started using Google Docs, especially when they want to store any of their e-books online or when they want to share a spreadsheet online to maintain an account which can be accessed from anywhere. The best feature of these documents is that your content can be shared easily with all the users over internet. But if you want then you can increase its approachability by using it from your desktop without opening any browser and moreover you can download any of the documents and can upload any document over your Google Docs drive.

The user interface of this tool is not that as if you are using this tool for the first time then you will have to read the icons carefully for each type of files and then memorize them get an idea about the type of file by taking a glance at the icon or else every time you will have to read the full name of every document. On the left hand side you will see the list of all the documents and on the right hand you can see the details of the document which has been selected on the left hand side.
When you will launch this tool for the first time then you are supposed to enter your GMail user ID and password and then the document list will be retrieved from the Google server. After downloading the ZIP archive of this tool you will have to extract it. Now after the extraction of the archive you might get puzzled as it is difficult to decide that which file will launch the tool. Click the file named ‘Power GDocs and then you will see an application window where you are supposed to provide the GMail account credentials.
You can see that at the bottom of the screenshot there are option with the help of this you can download and upload the files on Google Documents.
