MyLastSearch is a free program by Nirsoft which allows you to scan the cache and history files of your Web browser, and locate all search queries that you made with the most popular search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN) and with popular social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace).

This tool will display the search queries that you made in a table structure with the following column names – Search Text, Search Engine, Search Time, Search Type (General, Video, Images), Web Browser, and the search URL [ as shown in the image above ]

It is portable tool does not require installation, and you can export this information in a text / html / xml file, and this tool works on all windows from xp to windows 7
