Find All The Website Files Data Size Downloaded In Your Internet Browser

Today I have got a tool for you named WebSiteSniffer that will help you to capture all the website files that are downloaded by your web browser while browsing the internet and are stored on your hard drive in a folder which will be chosen by you. The tool will also allow you the facility to choose from the various file types that you can capture like HTML, XML, TEXT, Flash, Images, Scripts and Video or Audio files.

The tool will give you all the statistics about the file being downloaded for every website or hostname as well as some general statistics like total size of all files including the compressed and the uncompressed files and total number of files of every type including all the files types HTML, XML, TEXT, Flash, Images etc. The software will work on the all the version of windows starting from Windows 2000 to Windows 7. The tool also has some limitations like it can’t capture files from a secured website(HTTPS) and it may lose some data packets while downloading from a large file from a fast internet connection resulting in a corrupt file. The tool will not be able to capture the files if they are taken from the cache of your web browser but in this case there is a solution you can clear the cache of your browser or for the Firefox users you can use the ‘Start Private Browsing’ option.
