File Owner Changer – Quickly Change File and Folder Ownership In Windows

File Owner Changer is small application designed for command line utility named chown.exe which is a great tool to quickly change the owner of a file or folder directly from command line on NTFS file system under a windows NT based operating system. The interface of the program is quite simple as shown above, you just need to select the file or folder for which you want to change the owner, then type the username under the user textbox and click change button, that’s it.
Note: This small program works all windows including windows 7 too
