Today we will tell you about another free tool called which is very simple and easy to use and lets you change the timestamp of any file or folder. This application is called ntouch

This utility can be used to modify time stamps of files and directories. You can either run ntouch from the command line and specify the files to be modified as separate arguments (with wildcards), or you can add files and directories using drag & drop from Explorer
