Export Outlook Account Data and Settings

Outlook is one such tool on which many people depend these days, outlook  is mostly used in corporate environment where business professionals use it primarily as a desktop email client and they do store contacts, appointments, tasks and notes etc. Sometimes you may need to export all your data and settings, when you are moving away from your desk in your office, you are be going to work on a different computer where you would like to transfer your outlook account data and settings.

Outlook Data Export is a free addon for outlook which help you to export mails, contacts, appointments, tasks and notes to several file formats (MSG, unicode MSG, RTF, TXT, CSV, ICS, vCard, HTML, XML). You can export a complete folder with subfolders or only selected items.


Note: This addon was designed to work with outlook 2007, but we have just tested it with outlook 2010 and it worked fine without any issues


In order to export data including mails, contacts, notes, tasks and appointments make sure that you select them in the folder hierarchy and then click the Add in tabs and then select to export the corresponding data item you selected.
