What is ePrompter?

It is a mini email client which can check emails quickly across sixteen password email accounts on yahoo , Yahoo Beta, MSN, AOL, AIM, Gmail, Hotmail, POP3, Earthlink, Excite, Juno, Lycos, Mail.com, Mindspring, MyWay, Netscape, Rediffmail, SBC Yahoo, USA.net, Windows Live Mail and lot more.

It allows you to compose, forward and reply to the messages that have been retrieved in different email accounts that you configure.

ePrompter is a very light and small programw which sits in the system tray , it also features choice of five screen savers which let you know about the number of new messages in each account.

Checking new mails is possible for separate account and also for all the accounts in one click by pressing the update link in top menu (as shown in the image above ).

 

 

 

 

It allows you to set notifications sound to each of your account, you can also configure autodial for automatic message retrieval and two audio prompts that alert you to new messages.

I admit that the look an feel of the application is not decent but when it comes to features and functionality ePrompter passes all the test.

Some cons:

ePrompter lacks in filtering emails and also mails are received as plain text which is can be a good aspect in terms of security.

Apart from the little cons it have, it deserve a thumbs up from our side as it supports so many emails accounts and also save so much time required to check emails across different accounts.
