Picasa Downloader is free tool which allows you to download multiple picasa web albums to your computer directly, without requiring to install picasa on your computer. In order to download a picasa web album you will need to enter the google account username of the user whose albums you want to download.
Note: This way you can download the public albums of any picasa user.
