Well, I downloaded the “full offline” installer but it stills connect to the internet during install and needs to download additional 65MB!! I know is not that much considering today’s connection speeds but it’s not a fully offline installer…

I think is not really an offline installers because once you install, it will still look for connection to connect to internet to download the language pack….unless you unplug the connection to internet and let it install…
