In the recent Windows PDC 2008 event all the attendees were distributed the free copy of windows 7 pre-beta release which is the new Operating system being under development now after the release of windows vista.
All the PDC Attendees were given a 160 GB Western Digital Hard drive which contains windows 7 installed and all the videos by PDC 2008
Right now windows 7 has been leaked on to torrents and uploaded on rapidshare servers.

I want to try the build that MS demoed in PDC (not the one which they distributed). That build has the newer taskbar.
