Recently, there has been four new windows 7 themes available for download at Microsoft Windows 7 Personalisation website, you can simple choose to install any of these themes just by double clicking the theme file once you complete downloading them.
These new theme available for download are based on cats, dogs, summit and Twinkle Wish [ christmas theme ], once you double click the theme file downloaded and it will be applied as current theme in windows 7.

You can find out the new theme installed this way, by right clicking on empty desktop area and select personalize
