Create Image Banner From Text Using TextImages

The designers generally face a problem while formatting the similar text again and again. The webpage designers especially who need exactly the same format (like in logo etc.) many number of times. So, the better option is to use the image for this purpose. TextImages is a free utility which can help you in the task. As the name specifies, it is used to create the image of the text.

TextImages is a small freeware of 1015 KB only. It is a portable tool. As shown in the snapshot below, the user interface is divided into two sections. Upper section displays the image of the text. The lower section can be used for different functions. Text menu is used to enter the text for the desired image. If there are multiple lines, the user can separate the text by \n to create different image for each line.


Then you can change the Font and Format of the text with the tab as shown in the snapshot below. There are different font styles you can select. The font size can vary from zero to the desired level. Also, you can select format as Bold, Italic, Strikeout and Underline. The font and background color can be changed.


Then, there is the option of Margins and Spaces as shown in the snapshot below. You can define the maximum width of the text if the size is variable. Or the size of the image can be fixed as per the requirements. The Spaces of Top, Down, Left, Right and Line Height can be chosen. Be careful, as these can also be the negative values.


Then there is the last option to select how to save the image. As shown in the snapshot below, you can select the directory where the final image is to be stored. Also, mention how the image is to named either a specific or automatic. In automatic image name, there are various options like Case Modification, Numeration after the name, characters and maximum length. There are around 25-30 file formats available in which you can save the image including .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, .jp2 and many more.



When all the specifications are selected and the final image has been made, click on Create and Save. The image will be saved at the specified location in the desired format. Now, the user don’t need to worry about the format, size , margins and other specifications of a particular text. Use TextImages to solve the problem.

The freeware has been been tested on Windows 7 and is also compatible with Windows XP/Vista and pen drives.
