What is MD5 Hash ?

MD5 (Message-Digest algorithm 5) is a widely used cryptographic hash function with a 128-bit hash value. As an Internet standard (RFC 1321), MD5 has been employed in a wide variety of security applications, and is also commonly used to check the integrity of files.

This small application does not require installation and runs directly from the program executable. You just need to run the program executable and locate the file for which you want to check the integrity with MD5 hash value.

It will also copy the md5 hash value to the windows clipboard so that you can compare with the original md5 hash given on the website to check whether the file has been modified or changed.
